“Culture and Arts Project NOASS” is a creative intelligence association operating for over 18 years and is one of the oldest non-governmental arts and culture organizations in Latvia. Its goal is to participate in the cultural environment and supports the realization of contemporary arts projects in an urban environment, making art part of the daily lives of residents of Riga and visitors to the city.
Located on the floating barge, it has a lovely cafe and bar on board with a view. It has actively participated in the contemporary arts forum, “White Night”, as well as the annual “Riga City Festival” and the “International Museums Night”.
