“Fabrika” is a trendy restaurant on the Kipsala island, that is located in the close proximity to the Old Town on the other side of the Daugava river.
Following the modern trend of rebuilding old factories into lofts, residential and go-out places, these former docklands and a factory next to them got transformed into cottages and lofts.
“Fabrika” is taking an place in one of the parts of this factory, but interior has nothing to do with that – very classy and modern. Keeping up with a level of an upmarket restaurant, it offers a very exquisite menu, with main focus on sea food that is also priced according , however we’ll be fair – it’s too extreme and quite adequate.
