“Elements” is a modern and stylish restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel “Tallink Hotel Riga” that specialises in a healthy international cuisine. They also try to use as much as possible of the local ingredients in cooking.
The interior design is using a silver, brown and white colour palette, with a professional mood, which is good for having client lunch meetings. It also is quite proud of having the only open-plan grill bar in Riga and offer some speciality meals cooked on that. A hot volcanic rock is brought to your table so you can cook meat of your choice on that, but still this has to be done under the supervision of a waiter.
Breakfasts are served Monday – Friday from 6.30am to 10am and Saturday, Sunday 7am till 11am. Restaurant “Elements” is also doing business lunches that run Monday – Friday from 12am till 3pm with prices of 4.50Ls for a 3 course lunch.
