Cadets de Gascogne

The owner of Cadets de Gascogne – Bernard Larané started a chain of cafes after he visited Riga and fell in love with this city. In one of these cozy coffee shops you will find fresh pastries, quite good coffee and other drinks. All made with a French touch and feel, including the nearest thing to a Parisian pain au chocolat this side of the Baltic.

This is quite a popular place among locals and tourists to have a quick bite, coffee or even a lunch and prices are more than affordable. Fresh bakery, good coffee, and fresh-squeezed orange juices also make this boulangerie a favorite retreat. Vegetarian options also available.
