Owned and managed by three famous Latvian chefs (Mārtiņš Sirmais, Ēriks Dreibants, Rūta Rietuma) and opened in 2011, the restaurant “3 Pavaru Tam labam būs augt” (“It Will Grow Well by 3 Chefs”) is a place visited by a Riga middle class guests and occasional tourists. It serves daily fresh international cuisine that is prepared in an open-plan kitchen in a spacious, modern designed and bright dining area.
Located in a quite prestige and touristy place of the Old Town, in the historic district of “Jekaba Kazarmas” (Jacob’s Barracks) where you relax and enjoy the views of the streets of Old Riga through the large windows of the restaurant. If you want a bit discrete and private dining experience, then feel free to cozy up at the smaller room in the back. All food served here is cooked from organic ingredients, and chefs make sure to get the best and local selection right from the Latvian farmers and suppliers.
Various light lunches, soups and salads are available during the day, however serious and expensive dinners are served in the evening. Every Saturday and Sunday, enjoy brunch from 11am till 4pm. “Young chef school” is available for families with children. The best part of 3 Chefs are prices – they are very reasonable for such type of a place.
