This tiny pub and cafe in the heart of Old Riga offers a warm, cosy atmosphere and perfect spot for an intimate date or drinks with friends. The name takes its origins from the times when there were exactly 13 chairs inside of the cafe.
Food and desserts are tasty and drinks on tap offer a generous selection for the size of the place. The place opens up an open-air terrace on Dome Square during summer season.
